Soy sauce is a staple fermented food in Korea, however, there are relatively limited studies on soy Korea compared to that Japan. In this study, the immuno-stimulating activities polysaccharides isolated from and Crude was isolated, which were named as Korean-style (KSS-0) Japanese-style (JSS-0).
